Communicating with your IT Department

Want to talk to your IT department about placing TurboVote within your student portal or Learning Management System (LMS)? Here's a quick how-to on getting the conversation started. It outlines the basic information that your IT faculty would need to begin taking the first steps toward IT integration, along with examples of schools that have gone through with those integrations. Visit our Student Portals page to learn more.

IT Integration Report

In 2016, with funding support from the Bernard and Audre Rapoport Foundation, TurboVote and a research team from the University of North Georgia conducted an IT Integration study. We learned that classroom integration, links within student portals, and mass emails are the best opportunities for collaboration with IT departments to promote voter registration. Our team is excited to take the lessons we have learned and work with your institution’s IT department to register more students than ever before!
